the resident requested to back to bed. he is a [REDACTED] transfer. His wife was in the room helping w the transfer. the residents weak leg slipped under his body and off the lift. the resident begins to slide lower to keep him from falling to the floor his wife and I was holding him up. while screaming for help. one aide came but was unsuccessful in lifting the foot to gain control and pull him up higher still keeping him from hitting the floor. i and his wife are still holding him. he 's getting heavier and heavier. the aide left to get more help. the nurse came and he was still too heavy one
