What happened
While luggage was being discharged from the [REDACTED] the ship 's crew members dropped two suitcases into the water. Mr. [REDACTED] and another forklift driver noticed the bags floating in the channel close to the pier. The two workers tied a hook onto a rope and retrieved the bags from the water. The suitcases were water-soaked and very heavy.
