Before the incident
Operator #1 was traveling southbound down the aisle in reverse with material on his forks when his sit- down lift made contact with another forklift operator. Meanwhile Operator #2 was at a standstill cycle counting a location (unaware) of the traveling forklift headed his way. Also operator #1 traveling southbound towards operator #2 stated that he didn 't see operator #1 and by time he realized it was too late and the two forklifts made contact.
