LTO driver needed to exchange out his Hyster battery to fully charge one.
What happened
Team member went to remove the hooks on the side of the battery he placed his hand on the actual hook instead of the handle on top. He then accidentally pressed the up button on hoist causing his right middle finger to get crushed in between hook and battery.
