It was determined after the doctor vist that this type of injury was caused by repetative motion. There are 2 factors that could have contributed to this injury. 1) The old style Hyster is tall and can be difficult to mount and dismount. Doing this consistently can cause this type of injury. 2) The employee consistently loads and unloads stiles onto pallets picking up two at a time. The employee uses their right hand that would take most of the weight.
