Before the incident
Moving a pallet by lifting the pallet picked it up bet felt some back discomfort( unrelated to work) when holding the pallet she went to drop the pallet but her legs were under the pallet when lifting.
What happened
She went to drop the pallet and jerked her leg backwards to avoid the pallet landing on here knee. She felt a pulling pain on the back of her knee.
