TM was observing and assisting in rebuilding drive by placing gears into housing.
What happened
TM was assisting in putting gear components back into L4 Drive using chain come along to support weight of gear and wearing latex gloves to handle lubricated gears. Gear did not go into alignment TM reached in and adjusted gear when it slid into place. TM was unable to remove hands quick enough and pinched left middle finger.

Team member went to remove the hooks on the side of the battery he placed his hand on the actual Injury through manual handling or lifting hook instead of the handle on top. He then accidentally pressed the up button on hoist causing his right middle finger to get crushed in between hook and battery.
