What happened
Employee fell while attempting to transfer patient from ER stretcher to CT scanner by herself. She was using smooth mover pad and pulled on paper glide pad to transfer patient. The glide pad ripped and employee fell hitting the right side of back on the corner of a cabinet. Employee was heard yelling from the hallway.
