Associate went to grab totes to pack for client she grabbed the stack of 5.3 ft tall stacked totes and was dragging them side ways toward station #14 but totes tilted and fell associate try to stop them but couldn 't and totes fell on the floor then associate try to pick them up

When she bend to pick them up she felt a pull on the right side of her lower back.
