What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] a maintenance technician used the retrieval apparatus to go out onto the [REDACTED] grid to retrieve a robot. As he was approaching the robot he noticed one of the controlling wheels was not working properly. He stopped and adjusted the wheel. As he got close to the robot the apparatus came off the track (his statement). He stepped into an empty tote to gain access to the apparatus. He proceeded to lift the apparatus back onto the track. At approximately [REDACTED] the maintenance tech claimed that his right arm and shoulder had gone numb.
