What happened
Employee got off forklift to adjust trusses that were unstable while adjusting the trusses fell on left arm. Other employees heard the injured employee calling for help so they came and removed the trusses from the injured employee and told employee to go to the office and report the injury. The injured employee passed out and hit face on forklift causing a broken jaw.
