What happened
Operator went to pull the Pfaudler off the scale with his left hand. The wheel got cause in the gap between the floor and the scale. So he used more force to overcome that gap and felt a pain in his left shoulder that extended down to his left chest. Injury was a strain to the left shoulder and chest.
