Driver states that he was pushing product up a ramp with his dolly when his feet slipped out from under him causing him to fall and the dolly fall on top of him landing on his knee and hip it was a rainy morning driver said once he was up and moving around it felt good enough to complete the route around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] he texted me stating that it was feeling worse and he felt he needed to be seen Sent him to immediate care center to get treatment and drug screen treatment facility said they can treat but would have to have drug screen [REDACTED] due to they do not drug screen within their facility
