Driver was delivering at a dock stop [REDACTED] There was also frozen product he was backhauling from the customer He needed to move some pallets around on the trailer to be able to open the freezer bulkhead so he could place the pallet in the frozen compartment He opened the bulkhead on the trailer and began to make space There was condensation on the floor from the unit and when he was walking the pallet backwards with the ejack he slipped He fell towards the side and landed on his right arm At first he thought it was minor and just had some scratches but when he returned from his route his arm had swollen and he felt pain in his elbow
