[REDACTED] was using his foot as brace for the bar Mr. [REDACTED] was attempting to get the forks under the bar to transport. Mr. [REDACTED] was maneuvering the forklift tines under the bar but only one of the tines was fully under the bar. When he tilted to forks back the bar rolled off the one tine and over [REDACTED] 's foot.
