Before the incident
Loading pushing riser on cart it caused the riser that was already on the cart to fall on his toe. Right foot great toe. He can 't wear shoe but he says it 's not broken as he can move it. Nail is blue split skin. Report was written by the arena but not shared with client. New supervisor who that that was all that needed to be done.
