Employee was inside semi-trailer facing the loaded product in the trailer and was turning around and began walking to the opposite side of the trailer.

While employee was turning around in the trailer a forklift operator was simultaneously pushing two pallets of empty beverage containers further into the trailer. Employee was unaware the pallets were being pushed towards him. As employee turned around and took a step with his right foot the front right corner of the first pallet being pushed pinned employees foot between another pallet already in the trailer. The forklift operator continued pushing the pallets while the employees right foot was stuck between the pallets. Employee yelled for forklift operator to stop several times before the forklift operator ultimately stopped when he heard the employee yelling.
