Teammate was putting a piece of cardboard into a bin when another piece of cardboard that was sticking up poked the teammate in the right eye Teammate did not have on safety glasses [REDACTED] associate was returned to full duty as we returned to work she took her lunch break later came in to the office to state she was starting to feel the irritation sensation again wanted to leave for the day I asked the associate did she have anyone who could come pick her up due to her stating she couldnt see from the dilation of the right eye by the doctor she replied No I asked her had she applied the cream prescribed by the doctor she replied No I further expressed that I was concerned for her safety if she left work stating she cant see something happened I asked the associate if she could apply the prescription to her right eye from the doctor allow it to take its course in the front office until closer to the end of shift she replied Yes I will monitor this from the front office update this r
