At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] team member was cleaning up their work area at the end of the shift by collecting small pieces of trash cardboard on a large sheet of cardboard to throw away While team member was assisted by another team member while carrying larger sheet of cardboard to the trash bin team member walked backwards into an empty pallet that had been there from product earlier in the day and tripped Team member then fell backwards onto the pallet and used right hand to brace herself from the fall and landed on her right hand and buttocks Team member laughed it off at the time and only felt light pain in their right wrist and went home at the end of the shift shortly after Team member returned to work the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and reported injury to operations manager stating that they had developed pain in their back in the evening
