At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] our operations manager [REDACTED] received a call from a nurse at a hospital notifying him that our truck driver DR was admitted to the hospitals with injuries from a hydroplane incident The nurse informed [REDACTED] that our driver had been at the hospital for two hours at that point which put his arrival around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] then called myself to report however he had very little information outside of this [REDACTED] then left to the hospital I was able to get a hold of [REDACTED] from fleet Safety and we were able to identify the last location of our truck He was headed east bound on [REDACTED] just before the [REDACTED] interchange near [REDACTED] I called highway patrol and learned that our truck was towed to Bad Day towing in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] At this time dispatch was not able to provide me any further information as the free was shut down and first responders were still working the scene At this point [REDACTED] gav
