At Approximately [REDACTED] our driver was completing a trailer inspection on the west dock industrial side It had begun to snow and accumulate on the ground There was approx 12 of accumulation on the ground that covered up an ice patch When the driver stepped over this area they slipped and landed on their back Their head made contact with the ground The employee did not lose consciousness and proceeded to report the injury We assessed the emplyoee and provided first aid treatment Employee was coherent and only sign of injury was a 12 diamter contusionscrape on the back of their scalp
