Team member was operating Waldon tractor used for cleanup Team member was driving uphill as he neared the top of the incline the mobile equipment stalled Team member was unable to put mobile equipment in gear and was rolling backwards EE depressed brake and was unable to slow down resulting in impact with a building pillar Team member seatbelt was utilized but did not catch which caused the employee to be hanging over the side of the tractor Employee reported injury immediately received first aid and received medical treatment When changing gears and passing through neutral the Waldon started rolling backwards EE pushed the brake but it did not slow down When it got to the bottom of the ramp the Waldon hit a concrete column Employee received abrasions and muscle strain of back
