[REDACTED] was delivering to __RE[REDACTED]CTED__ she backed into the residents driveway and jumped out of van to make delivery . Walked around the back of van and didn’t notice dog by the steps when walking up to property . When she passed the unnoticed dog the dog sprung up and bit them leaving four bite marks on her leg . She called and texted customer with no response .
