Before the incident
Mrs. [REDACTED] stated that she was helping a Foster Child carry her bags up the wooden ramp when she either stepped o a string from the bag or tripped over a unsecured board on the ramp which caused her to fall.
What happened
Mrs. [REDACTED] first stated that she tripped over a string that was hanging from the foster child 's bag she was carrying then she fell face first onto the wooden ramp. She later expressed that she thought she tripped on a piece of raised wood on the ramp. Ms. [REDACTED] called compendum services and later went to Low Country Urgent Care and was diagnosied treated for pain in the lower left side of her back.
