[REDACTED] was preparing to move a roll of film from the pallet that it was on to the film cart

At approximately [REDACTED] the employee needed a roll of front film for the [REDACTED]. He tried to use the automatic roll lifter but it wasn 't working. He asked [REDACTED] in maintenance to help him place the film on the film roll cart. When [REDACTED] lifted the side opposite of [REDACTED] he felt pain in his back immediately and sat down. [REDACTED] then asked [REDACTED] to help [REDACTED] place the roll on the cart. [REDACTED] got up found [REDACTED] and asked her to radio me to come to room 2.
