While [REDACTED] Baggage Handler [REDACTED] was unloading a shuttle bus during debarkation at building [REDACTED] he pulled a muscle in his shoulder he immediately stopped work and called his header [REDACTED] who then called me. He appeared to be in pain and said he felt a clicking in his shoulder. I gave him Ibuprofen and administered drug and alcohol test both of which were negative. Mr. [REDACTED] was cut off of work at [REDACTED] and drove himself to hospital.
