What happened
EE was assigned to block off the entrances to the same day surgery parking lot for some sort of construction in the morning.EE used the cones in one area of the entrance and was told to use the barricades in another part of the entrance. When EE went to put the barricade into the vehicle to transfer it to the area it was needed EE felt a clocking and pulling in shoulder. EE was a bit concerned but continued to move the barricade. EE then proceeded to move the second barricade from the employee entrance area EE felt the same pop and pilling inside shoulder. EE continued to finish barricade but only pushed the barricade into place after getting it into the area. EE parked the vehicle and proceeded to check in to the ER for treatment.
