What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was work towards the end of shift doing one last discharge. At [REDACTED] I went into [REDACTED] D to clean the bed. I noticed no one stripped the bed. I went to pull the sheets off the bed and felt a prick on my upper forearm. A patient gown was on top of the needle which was why I didn 't see it. I reported it the [REDACTED] to my supervisor. The mark on my arm is red and itchy.
