Gave PT meds and he stated he needed the bedpan.

EE was attempting to assist pt onto bedpan I felt pain in my right shoulder. [REDACTED] has a newly repaired femur fracture and was resisting against me due to their own pain. EE obtained help to assist pt off of bedpan later but pt was still pushing back opposite to the motion needed causing further pain in my right shoulder. Now I am unable to lift my arm above my head or hold anything out away from my body without pain.
