EMPLOYEE STATES THAT THE CRANE MOVED BY ITSELF. THERE WAS TOO MUCH TENSION ON THE CRANE AND THE RELIEF PIN FOR THE CRANE EYEBOLT BROKE. THE CHAIN HIT THE EMPLOYEE ACROSS THE MOUTH AND LEFT EYEBROW
