EMPLOYEE JUST SCRUBBED IN AND PUT ON A NEW GOWN FOR AN IN PROCESS SURGICAL CASE WHEN PASSING A TOOL TO THE SURGEON A MENISCAL REPAIR TOOL ON A MAYO STAND CAUGHT SLEEVE AND PUNCTURED RIGHT INNER FOREARM EMPLOYEE BROKE SCRUB AND CLEANED THE SITE WITH SOAP AND WATER AND THEN AN ALCOHOL SWAB BEFORE APPLYING A BANDAGE I WAS INFORMED BY THE SURGEON THAT THE OBJECT THAT PUNCTURED ME WAS USED IN THE KNEE CAPSULE I THEN PRESENTED MYSELF TO THE ED FOR EXAMINATION AND BLOODWORK
