PHYSICIAN WAS INTERVIEWING PSYCHIATRIC PATIENT PATIENT SEEMED TO BE LEAVING THE OFFICE BUT THEN CAME BEHIND THE PHYSICIAN PHYSICIAN HAD PELVIC FRACTURES AND WAS USING A WALKER PHYSICIAN WAS IN A CHAIR AND THE PATIENT WENT BEHIND THE PHYSICIAN BLOCKED HER OFF THE WALKER PLACED HIS FINGERS ON HER EYES AND TRIED TO GOUGE OUT HER EYES HE WAS PRESSING VERY HARD AND ALSO LEANED ON THE PHYSICIANS RIGHT SIDE BLOCKING HER LEFT SIDE BETWEEN THE CHAIR HANDLE AND KEPT PRESSING ON HER EYES
