PATIENT BECAME AGGRESSIVE AND STARTED THROWING THE SIDE TABLE AT RN AND PCA PATIENT RIPPED OUT HER IV LINE THAT WAS CONNECTED TO [REDACTED] AS THAT WAS HAPPENING FELT SOMETHING WET ON MY LIPS IMMEDIATELY AFTER EMPLOYEE FELT SOMETHING WET ON MY LIPS AND OTHER NURSES WERE ABLE TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE SITUATION FOR ME I RUBBED MY LIPS WITH AN ALCOHOL WIPE AND WASHED MY FACE TWICE WE NOTICED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF BLOOD ON THE PATIENTS BATHROOM FLOOR
