I was standing facing the left side of the visitor who was sitting in a chair. Visitor had a syncopal episode and incontinence of urine. I called out for [REDACTED] to get some assistance from the OR. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] tech arrived for assistance. There were no stretchers available at the time incident. Visitor was unresponsive and assisted to floor by 2 coworkers and myself. I had my left arm hooked under visitor 's left arm during assistance to floor. During transfer visitor slid off chair abruptly and I had to support the patient with my left arm and at the same time my right foot slipped in water and urine that was on the floor beneath visitor causing me to catch myself while also holding visitor 's weight.
