Installing full propane tank on forklift propane line at valve
What happened
EE was attempting to start forklift noticed tank was empty. Went to propane storage area with [REDACTED] acquired new tank walked out back to inside east door of Shipping. While setting propane tank on back of forklift and putting forklift propane valve line on tank the tank started spitting out propane. This propane burned employee 's right thumb. Employee was wearing prescribed gloves at time of incident.
