[REDACTED] was pushing a large glass cart to the [REDACTED]. As he rounded the corner by lines 1 2 the cart stopped. He thought he had hit a stone. He gave it another push and then realized he had run into another team member with the cart and she had been knocked to the floor. The team members right foot and leg was caught by the cart.
