i was with a resident doing patient care and he was too low in the bed and i asked him hey im going to raise you up in the bed he said ok and i lifted his legs and told him pull yourself up and ill help you too he got ahold of the headboard and we were going to start and as soon as i started i felt like someone hit me with a baseball bat on my left calf and I just tried walking it off but i guess it was a shock cuz i have never felt such horrible pain but the more I moved the more pain I was in
