What happened
I was in the process of giving care to one of my patients who is incontinent combatted and also hemiplegia on his left side. He appears to be very calm while I was caring for him on his right side but when I approach him face to face and try to turn him from his weak side; he took this right arm and punch es me twice on my right shoulder. At this point I called out for help the nurse who was my Nurse heard the sound and came to my assistance. She then assisted with completing her care.
