Before the incident
tripped over BP cuff in patient room.
What happened
Patient refused to get out of chair and in the bed. i moved her closer to the bed so i could move around her. before discharge patient removed b p cuff i went in and patient had moved chair in the middle between bed and sink. i moved around her and place her back on the monitor. i thought i cleared the cables from the b p cuff but trip over cord and fell on my lt elbow and back.
