What happened
While placing emblems the employee placed one on the wrong side too close to the guard; this caused the employee 's finger to be pulled toward the guard. This caused the employee 's pinky to be flexed by the wall.
Injury or illness
Pinky finger was dislocated. After having imaging done employee had foour hairline breaks on her 4th digit and two hairline breaks on her 5th digit. Employee 's finger was splinted from 7 24-7 30.
