Employee dropped a finished part into the chip bin then put some carboard down to catch any other pieces from falling in and he finished the job. The [REDACTED] he was pulling out piles of chips and sifting through them to find the small piece. Employee took gloves off because the chips kept sticking to them. He grabbed the chips without gloves on and sliced my finger.
