Before the incident
Employee was helping a co-worker on Drawer #3. They were trying to push the drawer horn up to get wire onto the carrier. An employee had dumped wire in the floor from the machine and they were trying to load that wire from the floor onto a wire carrier.
What happened
After picking the wire and horn up Employee cut the end of the wire and the tail of wire came back and stuck him in the chest. The employee felt extremely sore and the soreness started to spread.

The employee had a sepsis infection from the wire poke that was caught early and treated. The wire poked the employee in his left clavicle.
