What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was reaching for product on a moving spiral conveyor outside of standard operating procedure. Employee pressed their wrist against the side of the conveyor to reach for the product when their wrist was grabbed by the conveyor. Employee was pulled by conveyor until being stopped by a vertical support beam. Employee was turned around by the continued movement of the conveyor and the barrier of the vertical support beam. This caused a large laceration across employee 's right wrist and hand.
