Working in the warehouse

Employee was putting a hole in a clip bucket and the blade came out of his utility knife and he didn 't realize it. The blade stabbed him in the top of his right hand.

Laceration to the top of the right hand requiring stitches. Returned to work limited duty the remainder of the day. No work restrictions beyond day of incident.
