EMPLOYEE WAS INVOLVED IN INCIDENT WHERE STAFF ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE IV FROM AGITATED PATIENT EMPLOYEE LOWERING PATIENT BACK TO BED SO THAT IV COULD BE REMOVED PATIENT WAS ATTEMPTING TO STRIKE STAFF MEMBER IN THE SCUFFLE THE IV SOMEHOW FELL OUT OF ARM PATIENT THEN PROCEEDED TO PUSH PAST ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER GETTING BLOOD ALL OVER STAFF MEMBER PATIENTS ARM WAS EXPOSED TO BLOOD NO OPEN CUTS OR WOUNDS EMPLOYEE DOES NOT BELIEVE ANY MUCOUS MEMBRANES WERE DIRECTLY CONTACTED BY BLOOD
