AROUND [REDACTED] ON THE MORNING OF [REDACTED] I ARRIVED TO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AFTER BEING CALLED IN TO SEE A PATIENT WHO WAS BLEEDING FROM HIS LEFT FOOT DUE TO A WOUND RESULTING FROM A TMA ON [REDACTED] DURING MY EVALUATION I WAS PALPATION THE PLANTAR ASPECT OF THE LEFT FOOT WHEN BLOOD ERUPTED OUT OF THE WOUND I MOVED BACK BUT FELT BLOOD HIT MY HAIR I INSPECT MY FACE IN A THE NEAREST MIRROR AND ONLY NOTED ONE SMALL DROP OF BLOOD ON MY FOREHEAD NO BLOOD NEAR MY EYES NOSE OR MOUTH
