Conducting patient visit

I was seeing a patient and family in Blue 2, I went to sit on the wheelie chair in the room and missed sitting on the chair, I hit my back and head pretty hard. I was dizzy right after, but did not lose consciousness. I am [REDACTED] pregnant. I continued the visit with the family. After the visit was over, I called the employee injury number and also called my OBGYN. [REDACTED] recommended I be seen in the ED, and my OB recommended I be seen in labor and delivery. I left work around 10am, since I had a 9:30 patient waiting to be seen, and first went to the L&D unit to ensure the baby was ok and then proceeded to the ED to be evaluated for my head and back. I was discharged from both L&D and the ED.
