What happened
While employee was bending rebar another employee that was in the same area fell. The employee that was bending the rebar looked away from what he was doing reached back for the rebar in the machine and grabbed it in the wrong spot at which time the bending pin of the machine struck his left pinky finger and fractured it. It had to be severed as the doctors weren 't able to save it
