What happened
I hurt my shoulder while were moving equipment in prep on [REDACTED]. It happened while moving a cubby steel box full of parts. [REDACTED] and myself were pushing the box and I felt a pop but I didn 't start feeling anything until [REDACTED]. I tried Tylenol icy hot ice and heat pad but nothing helped. I went EGH [REDACTED] and had X-rays and it didn 't show the shoulder was out but they think I damaged my rotator cuff! I need to go see an orthopedic doctor to possibly have an MRI.
