Product had allegedly shifted in transit and one skid needed to be repositioned before offloading. He stated that he reached to do this and strained a muscle in his lower back.

On [REDACTED] employee notified a manager that he had strained his lower back on [REDACTED] while moving material. He reported taking OTC pain killers the [REDACTED] and during a prev. scheduled appt at the VA was given a shot which relieved the pain.
